The chocolate workshop CROWN was founded in 1891 in Paris by a small group of professional confectioners under the leadership of Pierre Jean Cobalt. The work of these legendary chocolate masters was painstaking and hard. A century later, the company has kept secret recipes for making real French black chocolate.
Today the CROWN is a production confectionery company that supplies its products throughout Europe. The production of chocolate and chocolates is up to 20 tons per week. At the same time, more than 50% of the assortment is made according to the standards of Kraft chocolate of 1891. It is for the highest quality that our chocolate is so highly valued by the best pastry shops in Europe.
